At Sommode, our cashmere comes from the rare white Capra Hircus goats of Mongolia. For centuries, their soft underbellies have been gently hand-combed during the spring molting season, producing only a limited yield. It takes the fibres of eight goats to craft a single sweater, ensuring unparalleled softness and density in every piece of our Pure Collection.
